In the game’s settings, tap “Restore purchases”. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID (or Google account) you bought with: your purchases belong to that account, not to the phone.

Payments go through Apple or Google, and we can’t access them. On iPhone, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use your Google Play order history.

In ColorRush, a one-time purchase removes them for good. In GuessRush, Premium (weekly or one-time purchase) removes ads and unlocks every pack, custom packs and the full Sabotage Mode. Both are available in the game.

On iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › GuessRush › Cancel Subscription. On Android: Google Play › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the current week. (If you chose the one-time purchase, there’s nothing to cancel.) Heads up: deleting the app doesn’t cancel the subscription.

On iPhone: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking, then turn the game off. On Android: Settings › Google › Ads. In Europe, you can also reinstall the app to make your choice again in the consent window. More details in our privacy policy.

There’s no account or cloud save: your progress is stored on the phone. It carries over if you move your data with an iCloud / Google backup or a direct phone-to-phone transfer. Your purchases can always be restored.

Deleting the game erases everything stored on your phone. To have us erase the usage stats linked to your installation on our servers too, email us (see the privacy policy).

Split into teams. Each game has three rounds using the same cards: first you describe without saying the word, then you only get one word, and finally you act it out. Teams take turns against the clock, and points add up across the rounds.

It adds constraints to throw off the team that’s playing: speak only in rhymes, pull funny faces… It’s harder, but that’s usually where the biggest laughs happen. Turn it on from the home screen.

A 60-card starter pack is included. Premium unlocks the themed packs (Family, 90s–2000s Retro Pop, Internet & Trends) and lets you build your own pack. In the options, you pick round length, number of cards and which packs to use.

A voice calls out a color: tap any square that is not that color. Every mistake costs points. If you don’t hit the target score before the clock runs out, you lose a life. There are 10 levels, each faster than the last.

Each square shows a color and a word. Only tap a square when neither its color nor its word matches the color you heard. Your brain will protest — that’s the point.

Pick Rookie difficulty: you get 5 lives instead of 3 in Pro (and just one in Master).

Make sure your iPhone isn’t on silent and turn the volume up. The color is called out loud, so without sound you miss half the game. Still not working? Email us with your iPhone model.

Leaderboards run on Game Center. Check that you’re signed in under Settings › Game Center, then relaunch the game. A score can take a few minutes to show up.

Only for the experimental AR mode, which you can turn on in the settings: you catch cubes with your hand in front of the camera. Frames are analyzed live on your phone and never recorded or sent. The rest of the game works without the camera.
